Classes in a real restaurant kitchen
Unlike most cookery classes, classes at Culinary Genius take place in a real restaurant kitchen, and numbers are limited to just 5 people per class, ensuring everyone gets lots of individual attention and hands-on guidance. To find out more about The Terrace in the Fields, please click HERE.
Improve your cooking skills
Everybody learns first hand from a highly regarded chef how to improve their cooking skills, whatever level they may be at, the aim being that all students will spend the maximum time cooking for themselves and the minimum time watching someone else.
Popular chef Patrick Williams
All classes are taught by popular chef Patrick Williams. Patrick trained under Marco Pierre White, and will be teaching classic French, modern British and his own refined style of Caribbean cooking, reflecting his interests and background, at his restaurant
The Terrace in The Fields. As well as one-off sessions, there are also more intensive 3, 4 and 6 part courses for everyone from absolute beginners to those who want to cook to professional kitchen standards.
All classes include refreshments before the class starts and daytime classes include lunch or dinner afterwards in the price. Many classes also give you the opportunity to invite your friends and family to sample the result of your labours at a bargain rate of £20pp for 3 courses, including wine (£10 for children) – if you dare! These special guest places can be booked up to 7 days in advance of the course start date.
